Based on architectural originality and an Islamic architectural style inspired by Arab art, we were able to implement a modern commercial building that redefines Iraqi society with a new perspective on modern Islamic architecture. Our staff were able to design openings, exterior frames and sub-units to make the building a cohesive entity that is functionally and aesthetically effective as well.

The commercial building project in Basra carries a philosophical view that drives our designs and lies in our desire to invest smart creative ideas, especially those that are based on reshaping Islamic architectural concepts with a modern flavor by harnessing our investment, administrative and executive experience to achieve these ideas, which contributes to distinguishing modern Islamic design in each project
