We work on residential projects to achieve a harmony between the durability of the architectural product and high levels of security, while providing a suitable modern architectural design that departs from traditional classical concepts. Through this architectural philosophy, our team supervised the DAMAC residential villas project in Baghdad, covering an area of 770 square meters.

In the design and execution, we relied on the smoothness of perspective and creativity in employing the external balustrades and arches by integrating various architectural components. Additionally, the design and implementation of the columns led us to achieve visual awe with an exquisite product and a contemporary façade while maintaining complete coherence among the different components and consistency in managing the various spaces.
